the room had spotlessly clean facilities with a good utilities tray. rio in the bar remains a credit to the hotel. He is always friendly and helpful! the atmosphere is just wonderful.
the room temperature was controlled by reception, which i found inconvenient.

the room was quiet and comfortable. it had a very comfortable bed. the housekeeping staff worked hard to maintain the super clean condition of the rooms, so i noticed that the rooms are well kept

the staff provided unparalleled customer service. the receptionists are professional and helpful, they really go above and beyond. saskia was patient with our orders at the restaurant and made great recommendations.

The breakfast included a huge variety of items. The green room staff were very helpful and courteous.
The sofa bed was not made upon arrival I had to request it. The room only had two cups and two glasses. I thought that was pretty cheap.

I found the staff quite helpful with directions. Megan offered excellent advice for my onward journey. the room was spacious and clean, which i appreciated. the hotel also offers ample parking, made arrival smooth and easy. i enjoyed how quiet it was.
the bar lacked a little atmosphere but it was still pleasant enough for a quick drink.

The room was spacious and clean with great inroom facilities! I found the bed particularly comfortable. everything was up to par and exceeded my expectations.
the restaurant was a bit expensive, i thought! i found the prices slightly higher than i anticipated, but this was my only concern.
